Company Management
Members
Multiple users can belong to the same company. The user who creates the workspace is automatically assigned the Admin role and can add other platform users as members.
To manage members, navigate to Company > Members.
Roles
Each member is assigned one of three roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to company settings, wallets, identities, certificates, and member management. Can add, remove, and change the roles of other members. |
| Operator | Read access to most resources (wallets, identities, certificates, webhooks, deliveries). Can retry failed deliveries. Cannot modify company settings or manage members. |
| Read Only | View-only access to company resources. Cannot make changes. |
Add a Member
- Navigate to Company > Members.
- Click Add member.
- Select an existing platform user and assign them a role.
- Click Save.
The new member will see the company in their workspace picker on their next login.
TIP
The user you want to add must already have an S1SEVEN account. Email-based invitations for new users are not yet available.
Change a Member's Role
- Navigate to Company > Members.
- Click on the member whose role you want to change.
- Select the new role and confirm.
Remove a Member
- Navigate to Company > Members.
- Click the remove action on the member you want to remove.
The removed member will no longer see the company in their workspace picker.
Company Settings
To view or update your company details, navigate to Company > Settings.
You can edit the following fields:
- Company name
- Street address, city, and zip code
- Websites
Company identifiers (VAT, DUNS, EORI, MID, CAGE code, CNPJ, RUT, Canadian Business Number) and the country are displayed but cannot be changed after workspace creation.
Switching Between Companies
If you are a member of multiple companies, you can switch between them using the workspace picker. Switching companies will briefly redirect you to re-authenticate with the selected company's context.
